From the search page, clicking on a sample ID of interest will redirect to the sample page.

This page displays the sample accession ID, the project during which the sample was collected and the latitude/longitude of the collection along with a map display. If several latitude and longitude are available for this sample, a list of latitude/longitude will be displayed.

Under the sample description, the list of experiments associated to this sample is listed.

Finally, the sample page allows to access the complete list of metadata associated with the sample of interest.

The metadata table displays each attributes' ontology label (hovering on the ontology label displays the definition of the label), the original attributes name, the value of the measure and the unit. Additionaly, the source column provided a link to the original source repository or paper for this measure.

At the bottom of the page, the "Show unannoted fields" allows to display all attributes that could not be mapped using our planet microbe semantic layer.
