Getting an account

iMicrobe relies on free CyVerse cyberinfrastructure resources. To use some features of iMicrobe (Running apps, Uploading data) you must have a CyVerse account. To simply view data you do not need a CyVerse account.

iMicrobe is a Powered by CyVerse project which means that it integrates with CyVerse resources to provide services to users including: the authentication system (OAuth2) for secure single sign-on between iMicrobe and all CyVerse services; the CyVerse Data Store for storing, sharing, and distributing large amounts of data and analyses; high-performance computing at XSEDE to execute analyses that originate from containerized apps in iMicrobe.
