iMicrobe is a web site for storing, searching, analyzing, visualizing, and publishing metagenomic data.
iMicrobe is free to use, however please cite us.

iMicrobe relies heavily on cloud resources provided by CyVerse, previously known as the iPlant Collaborative. The name "iMicrobe" is analogous to "iPlant" but for the microbial sciences.
iMicrobe is developed for Chrome but should also work in Firefox, IE, and Safari.
Yes, you can upload your own data to the Data Store using the iMicrobe (login required).
